We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: CTO Data Technology

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate PoD delivery activities across BAU, change, platform evergreening and production support workstreams.
  • Perform system analysis and impact assessment across CRMS components, interfaces, batch processes, downstream consumers and HUB-coupled capabilities.
  • Act as CRMS application SME for Customer Search, Customer Overview, Contact History, Leads / Campaign Management and related batch / data dependencies.
  • Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, remediation planning and production stability activities.
  • Work with business, architecture, HUB, CDMS, SFE, Cyber and platform stakeholders to clarify dependencies, risks and delivery options.
  • Contribute to legacy simplification, decommissioning analysis and replacement / residual capability mapping.
  • Support department management and strategic initiatives where CRMS application knowledge or delivery execution leadership is required.

 

Requirements

  • Strong CRMS or comparable legacy application knowledge, including complex batch, interface and downstream dependency patterns.
  • Proven system analysis capability, including requirement clarification, impact assessment, functional design support and delivery coordination.
  • Experience leading or coordinating PoD delivery activities across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Good understanding of BAU support, production risk, change delivery and stakeholder management in a regulated banking environment.
  • Ability to translate legacy application knowledge into clear analysis for strategic simplification, platform evergreening and decommissioning decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across business, application, platform, Cyber and architecture stakeholders.
