We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO

Principal responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters.
• Monitor database health, performance, and capacity.
• Perform backup, recovery, major version upgrades, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize queries and indexes.
• Implement database security best practices, e.g., RBAC, Encryption at REST, and so on.
• Automate operational tasks within Ops MMs，Atlas and Admin API.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database reliability, scalability and other NFRs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of MongoDB administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Index, Replica Sets, Sharding, WiredTiger, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with MongoDB Ops Manager/Atlas, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
