We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, budget, quality, risks/issues and benefits tracking.
- Build and manage integrated plans across workstreams (requirements, design, build, testing/UAT, release/cutover, hypercare).
- Establish and run governance (SteerCo/working groups): RAID, actions/decisions, minutes, and escalation management.
- Drive requirements definition and change control; perform impact assessment (time/cost/risk) and secure approvals.
- Partner with Technology and data teams through SDLC; manage delivery across vendors/third parties where applicable.
- Lead testing and implementation readiness: SIT/UAT approach, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, sign-offs, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
- Ensure strong controls and “audit-ready” artefacts (e.g. documentation, approvals, evidence packs), aligned to internal governance expectations.
- Provide clear, concise executive reporting (RAG status, narrative, forward look, decisions required) and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Degree holder (or equivalent experience).
- Proven Project Manager experience delivering complex change in financial services / regulated environments.
- Strong technical background with solid understanding of SDLC and technology delivery (data/system implementation experience preferred).
- Finance and Risk knowledge is required, with experience delivering initiatives in/for Finance and/or Risk functions.
- Strong governance and delivery discipline: integrated planning, RAID, dependency management, and change control.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, Operations, Risk/Compliance; able to drive decisions and resolve conflicts.
- Fluent spoken Cantonese.
- Strong written English: able to produce high-quality SteerCo materials, status updates, and project documentation.
- Budgeting/forecasting and resource planning capability; able to manage delivery variance and recovery plans.
- Strong risk and control mindset; able to maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure appropriate approvals/sign-offs.
