We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: CIB - Client Services Tech

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents Client Service applications in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Hands on Client Service area production service request ticket / Production incident escalation.
  • Provide L1 and L2 support, including initial triage, diagnostics, and resolution, and collaborate with L3 support to address complex issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between local teams in region, to ensure seamless incident resolution and system alignment.
  • Lead post-incident root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with problem management teams to identify and implement preventive measures.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce recurring incidents and improve system stability.
  • Oversee monitoring systems (e.g., Splunk, AppD) to proactively detect issues and analyze performance metrics.

 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT production support.
  • Proven experience supporting complex banking applications in a global banking environment.
  • Proven experience working with JAVA in deep dive trouble shooting.
  • Experience working Database query for Oracle DB / Mongo DB production data investigation.
  • Experience in production support analysis, good knowledge and skillful on Monitoring Tool – AppD / Grafana/ Splunk.
  • Experience in Production Incident Management and Problem Management process.
  • Experience in DR exercise planning, Defect fixing / Functional delivery is a plus.
  • Experience in Tooling developing in production support area is a plus.
