We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Hands-on Development & Problem Solving: Engage directly in hands-on coding for core features and tackle advanced technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, system stability, and complex integrations.
• Architectural & Design: Technical design and architecture for critical projects and complex systems, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, secure, and highly available.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and offer career development mentorship to team members. Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, and design patterns within the team.
• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Take full ownership of the end-to-end quality of a product or service. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deeply understand and drive the product's technical direction.
• Automation & DevOps Excellence: Design and optimize CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines. Drive a high degree of automation across development, testing, and deployment processes to enhance delivery speed and quality.
• System Stability & Resilience: Provide production troubleshooting support in the event of a production incident. Ensure operational issues (e.g., performance, alerting, design flaws) are proactively identified and resolved at all stages of the product lifecycle, meeting service resilience and recovery objectives.
• Innovation & Forward-Thinking: Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI) and industry trends. Explore and introduce new tools and technologies that bring business value and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive experience in software developmen.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and its ecosystem, particularly with frameworks like Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Front-End Development Experience: Experience with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript and frameworks like React. Ability to contribute to front-end components and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.
• Expertise in Cloud Technology: Understanding of cloud principles and hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevOps Mastery: Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to mentor and influence a team. Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
• A strong team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated, innovative and proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
