We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
The role will report to the Development lead, working within an agile, DevSecOps environment. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AI-driven solutions, with a focus on MCP tool development, agentic application development, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. The role will also involve building and maintaining DevOps pipelines on Deliverance. Some travel may be required.
The role will be accountable for the following:
- Designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AI-driven tools and applications
- Developing and maintaining the MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool
- Building agentic applications leveraging AI models and frameworks
- Implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge-based applications
- Designing and building DevOps pipelines on Deliverance to support AI projects delivery
- Ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems and pipelines
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in AI systems and DevOps pipelines
- Writing technical documentation to support developed tools and systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders across teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with business needs
- Proposing and implementing new technologies and techniques to enhance AI capabilities
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience as an AI Developer in an agile, DevSecOps environment
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development (Python is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, RAG systems)
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with internal DevOps platforms like Deliverance is a plus
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automation and orchestration-driven mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with a proven track record of delivering and completing assigned tasks as an individual and as a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and share learnings with others
