We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: Chief Commercial Officer Tech
Principal responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in modern front-end technologies (TypeScript, React or Angular or Vue), component-driven development, and structured state handling (e.g. Redux, RxJS, Vuex).
- Fluent spoken and written English enabling precise stakeholder negotiation, clear technical narration, and inclusive team communication.
- Strong capability in solution design for API consumption (REST principles, error modelling, version alignment) and collaboration with back-end microservices teams.
- Practical expertise in accessibility, responsive design, security fundamentals (Cross-Site Scripting prevention, secure session handling), and performance auditing.
- Experience with front-end build and delivery tooling (Webpack, Jenkins), automated testing frameworks (Jest), and observability instrumentation (logging, metrics, tracing hooks).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery workflows (backlog refinement, release readiness, risk visibility) and apply structured problem solving to unblock execution.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building modular microservices.
- Fluent spoken and written English with clear technical communication.
- Practical experience with Linux command line for build, troubleshooting, and runtime operations.
- Knowledge of API design (REST principles, payload modelling, versioning) and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes) plus CI/CD tooling.
- Ability to write clean, testable code and apply structured problem solving in production scenarios.
