We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: Emerging Technology
Principal responsibilities
Product:
- Support the Product Owner on the application, catering to over 200,000 colleagues within the bank.
- Support the execution of the product roadmap, including the development of a long-term product vision.
- Responsible for creating new product features informed by user feedback, management information (MI), and research.
Feature Development:
- Work closely with Engineering Teams to define and refine high-level requirements of new features.
- Maintain a process to capture and prioritise requirements and feature backlog effectively.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and colleagues to gather feedback
- Stay informed about changes in user habits, preferences, and behaviours.
Requirements
- Product Ownership: Some experience in Product Ownership by demonstrating a strong ability to support a new product.
- Product Development Knowledge: An understanding of the product development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to leveraging data for driving adoption and engagement.
- Generative AI Expertise: Some knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), model safety, and evaluation.
- Transformation Familiarity: Familiarity with large-scale business transformation through analytics and AI/ML technologies.
- Proactive Approach: Self-starter with the ability to perform most activities with moderate to low direction, showcasing initiative and independence.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing risk and technical environment, comfortable with ambiguity and evolving challenges.
