We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
- Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- Drives best operational practices to ensure that our services continue to evolve to utilise new technologies to deliver excellent business outcomes
- Drive service improvement through automation and innovation.
- Contribute to BAU and Strategic programs of work in PAM, Identity Governance Administration (IAG) space
- Taking responsibility for audit and compliance requests for information
- Assist with upskilling and mentoring team members
- Providing support to colleagues and acting as a first point of escalation where necessary.
- Meet expectations of internal Stakeholders through delivering a high quality of service, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value of service provided.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
- 5 + years proven and broad-based Cybersecurity & Identity Access Management related experience or equivalent.
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience and knowledge of processes to support delivery of Identity and Access Management controls and processes.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and articulately as a team lead with management and staff at all levels.
- Ability to work in a diverse global environment with a positive, goal-orientated approach.
- A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of adapting style and approach to the targeted audience
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e., CISSP/CISM is desirable but not essential
- Advanced level of database access controls and relevant development skill
- Experience in any one of the IAM tools like SailPoint/One identity manager or latest Privileged Access Management tool
