We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Platforms 

Principal responsibilities

• Complete DevOps responsibility over the delivery of engineering solutions that support our technical ownership of the delivery of new features/products including improvements in existing products and operations of the non-production and production service.
• Review code developed by peers and get the own code reviewed by other engineers and share/accept the feedback to ensure the code is accurate, efficient, safe, tested and follows the organisation & industry best practices.
• Triage product issues (bugs, security, performance) by identifying the root causes and resolving them.
• Engineering, infrastructure, administration, upgrades, migrations, and user support work.
• Collaborates across functional areas to define, prioritize, and ensure implementation of innovations to improve technical functionality in support of business needs, efficiencies and revenue.
• Continuously evolve the agile and DevSecOps maturity of the team to “Go faster, break less and Protect production”.
• Focus on automating manual work into automations / self-service for end users.
• Find and suggest the areas of improvements the service and end user experience.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications  

• Strong in most of the programming languages/frameworks : HTML, CSS, NodeJS, React, Kotlin, Java, Python, SQL
• Strong in delivering high-quality and resilient technical solutions through adoption of test-driven, non-breaking and feature toggling development methodology, blue/green architecture and deployment patterns, baking in auto-healing and robust edge-case/error handling in application logic
• Strong experience in building and managing complete CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Shell scripting, GIT
• Experience in using and engineering integration with most of the third-party/open-source products below
• JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus, Bitbucket, Postgres/Oracle RDBMS, Prometheus, Grafana, Active Directory/LDAP
• Knowledge and experience in public/private Cloud, open-source/commercial ML/AI technologies and platforms will be beneficial
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills in Networking, Database, Linux operating systems issues and performance tuning
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong appetite in learning new skills and practices, and challenge status-quo to improve overall performance
• Java certfications , Ansible , Nexus , Jenkins
