We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing efforts for mobile and web-based solutions, including push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.  
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute regression testing cycles.  
• Provide support to the team in manual testing efforts, including exploratory testing and validation of edge cases.  
• Occasionally perform manual testing to support the team and ensure high-quality deliverables.  
• Mentor and guide a team of testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.  
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks, including Java, Selenium, and Playwright.  
• Ensure seamless integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines.  
• Test APIs and back-end systems, ensuring robust and reliable integrations.  
• Create and manage test data for API testing, with the potential to expand into full API testing responsibilities.  
• Communicate effectively with testers and stakeholders across multiple locations.  
• Stay updated on the latest testing tools, techniques, and AI-driven solutions like GitHub Copilot to enhance testing efficiency.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.  
• Experience in testing mobile applications and web-based solutions.  
• Experience with Playwright for automation testing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of back-end testing and API performance testing.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
