We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: Banking UK Technology

Principal responsibilities：

Good understanding and experience in UX design .

Good communication in English

• Lead the development and evolution of our design system, encompassing components, patterns, and guidelines to maintain a consistent and scalable visual language across all product interfaces
• Translate product requirements, user research, and cross-functional decisions into UX solutions
• Create conceptual low & high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs
• Participate in research initiatives, competitive product analysis and data analysis
• Initiative in identifying and troubleshooting UI/UX issues, and provide solutions to enhance overall user experience

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/Graphic design and 8 year of experience in UX/Product design in business applications
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.
• Proficient in Figma
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to work both independently and as a team
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
• Are excited to work in a startup environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and to be proactive
• A portfolio showcasing a range of UI designs and design system examples
• Proficient in English

Advantage

• Experience in designing finance, business intelligence, data dashboards, reporting related applications
• Basic understanding of frontend languages, eg. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
