We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities ：
•   Ensure product solution designs are cost‑effective and consistently maintained throughout the agile lifecycle; manage and prioritize the design activity backlog. 
•   Align all solutions with platform architecture, roadmap, group standards, regulatory requirements, policies, and enterprise architecture. 
•   Influence key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes. 
•   Translate detailed designs into robust, scalable, reusable solutions delivering excellent user experience. 
•   Provide accurate effort estimates and status updates; escalate issues promptly. 
•   Work effectively with geographically distributed teams. 
•   Fulfill BAU requests (e.g. pipeline creation, AWS service provisioning, production releases). 
•   Own the AWS environment; monitor platform health and troubleshoot incidents. 
•   Automate manual workflows (code release, infrastructure provisioning and updates, change management, monitoring and alerting). 
•   Identify, mitigate, or formally acknowledge risks within DevOps practices. 
•   Contribute to Jira backlog refinement, retrospectives, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. 
•   Participate in scheduled 24/7 mobile on‑call rotation. 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
•  Fluent in written and spoken English. 
•  Proven experience with AWS (ECS Fargate,  ECR, Aurora and RDS, Redis, IAM, VPC，Cloud Watch, MSK etc) and related automation. 
•  Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code; preferably proficient with Terraform,AWS CodePipeline, Ansible etc 
•  Experience in DevOps tools (Nexus, Docker, Spunk, Appdynamics, SonarQube, Github, Jenkins, Xmatter etc). 
•  Advocate for automation tooling and DevOps best practices. 
•  Innovative, self-driven, continuous improvement mindset. 
•  Understanding of and experience of working within a DevOps culture 
•  Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Cloud Services, cross functional development teams, and local and global IT teams. 
•  Strong programming skills in Java (17+), Python, Linux Bash, and Windows batch scripting. 

Nice to have
•  Demonstrated experience designing cloud solutions leveraging cloud-native services, third‑party platforms, and on‑premises components. 
•  Experience in microservices design and implementation 
•  Experience in Microservices tracing and monitoring. 
•  Strong understanding of migration challenges and constraints when transitioning legacy systems to cloud architectures. 
•  Solid grasp of microservices and service mesh technologies (e.g. Istio, Nginx). 
•  Prior banking or financial services product knowledge is advantageous.
