We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
• Develop and execute a scalable DevOps roadmap that supports rapid, high-quality software delivery while maintaining system stability and security.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps Engineers, SREs, and platform specialists—fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation frameworks to eliminate manual bottlenecks and reduce deployment time.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to define SLAs, monitor system performance, and resolve critical incidents proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing deployment metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices for DevOps, SRE, and cloud operations.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., GitOps, Kubernetes, observability platforms) to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Partner with security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices—ensuring compliance, vulnerability management, and secure coding standards throughout the SDLC.
• Communicate DevOps progress, challenges, and business impact to executive stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• 7+ years of software engineering/DevOps experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing DevOps/SRE teams.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, etc.), and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go) and experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
• Demonstrated track record of improving deployment frequency, reducing lead time for changes, and minimizing mean time to recover (MTTR).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align diverse teams around shared goals.
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking, prioritizing initiatives that drive business value.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how DevOps integrates with agile workflows.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, log management, and AIOps tools.
