We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 Principal responsibilities

• Use latest technology to design and develop the application, and deploy to Cloud platform to fulfil business requirements;
• Ensure that development is done with the highest quality measured by defect counts and defect ratios;
• Understanding the functional and non-functional requirements through regular interactions with the Business Analysts, SMEs and Solution Architects;
• Work closely with architecture team to deliver solutions that appropriately address business needs and timelines;
• Participate in the system integration activities with other teams and make sure the solution complies with group architecture policies and standards;
• Provide Application incident on-call support during off business hours, and provide Weekend/Public Holiday Application Support per project delivery and business needs.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Strong experience in software development, with experience in Java 21, React 19 or above, Angular, Spring Boot and micro-service based architectures;
• Hands-on technical expertise, acquired through delivering Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or Azure) into a large enterprise;
• Proficient in both frontend and backend development, preferably with experiences in large scale application includes front to back end developments;
• Experience in DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven or equivalent;
• Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills; excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and fluent in English.
