We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of GPS Technology .

Business: GPS Technology 

Principal responsibilities 
•  Oversee and lead all end-to-end project management activities from initiation to completion, including project planning, scope 
definition, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, timeline tracking and transition into BAU;
• Lead the technolgy team and collobarate with various stakeholders, eg. buisness users, operations, compliance etc. to establish project objectives, deliverables and success criteria;
•  Develop detailed project plans that outlines tasks, dependencies and deliverables, 
and manage project execution to ensure successful completion;
•  Identify and manage project risks and issues, deveoping migration strategies and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution; 
•  Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regarding project progress, budget status, updates and milestones; 
•  Provide strong leadership to project teams ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards;
•  Adhered to established methodologies within Technology teams (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban,Lean);
•  Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to gather lessons learned 
and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience as a project manager with financial industry  with a focus on digital transfomration inviatives;
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate and influence within a large complex organization; 
• Proficionecy in project management methodologies and tools (clarity, confluence, jira,etc) 
• Must be familar with Scale agile delivery and principle delvier enterprise application; 
• Comfortable working with remote teams in different timez ones;
• Strong anaytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to driving continous improvement
