We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: Chief Commercial Officer Tech

 

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, utilizing their skill and expertise to carry out software operational support activity with the ability to move between there according to demand.
  • Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team,.
  • Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release / change.
  • Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes.
  • Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing support to projects onboarding to the platform.

 

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of on-prem services, with the ability to independently configure resources and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong Linux/Unix Skills – ( Having Python Exp is an add on ).
  • Experience with DevOps deployment and monitoring tools like Ansible.
  • Ability to independently configure and manage Linux systems, middleware(WAS,IHS and MQ), and databases.
  • Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills; excellent team player with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of external cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, or Ali Cloud.
