We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CIB Global Payment Solutions

Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for IT governance process, project progress facilitating and monitoring, as well as to mitigate the impediments on project implementation phase.
• Provide effective technical solution for end to end business processes or functions
• Ensure high quality standard and on time delivery under Agile methodology
• Infrastructure Management which comprises of critical vulnerability fixing, OS/DB patching, certificate renewals etc.
• Code Management via CI/CD pipelines and with the help of DevOps tools.
• Automating manual tasks with the help of shell scripts and Control M jobs.
• Ensure high quality standard and on time delivery under Agile methodology
• Conduct risk assessment, identify and resolve all potential risks and issues, provide effective mitigation and contingency plan
• Providing 24*7 test environment support.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• 10+ years' IT software working experience
• Experience of Business Banking, to contribute the discussions with business stakeholders to suggest functional improvements of payment processing service
• Solid skills of analytical and problem solving, able to drive independently, proactively.
• Have strong Linux/Unix and shell scripting experience.
• Should have basic knowledge on middleware products like WAS/MQ.
• Should have basic knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk/AppDynamic.
• Should have good experience on SQL query scripting and development
• Should have good experience on DevOps tools like Ansible, GITHUB, Jenkins etc.
• Should have basic understanding of GPP/RTP applications.
• Should have good experience on DevOps tools like Ansible, GITHUB, Jenkins etc.
• Added experience on Control-M,Connect:Direct will be an advantage.
• Should have good communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate in the issue investigation calls/chats.
• Should be a self-starter and motivated to pick issues reported to the Env inbox and start working on it.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English and in Chinese with both Cantonese & Mandarin, fluency in oral English is mandatory.
• Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of programming language such Java or Python
• API gateway fundamentals.
• Knowledge of multiple clearing systems
• Hands on experience of CI/D pipelines
