We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Chief Commercial Officer Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Agent and Multi-Agent systems.
• Proven experience in successfully implementing and deploying AI tools in real-world applications.
• Rapidly prototype and build AI applications leveraging Python with frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Integrate advanced language model capabilities, including function calling, caching, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and internet-connected features.
• Efficiently process and analyze large-scale datasets using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, while applying data preprocessing and augmentation techniques. (Preferred).
• Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or PaddlePaddle, including distributed training and model compression. (Preferred).

Requirements

• Strong Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying models.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or PaddlePaddle.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions effectively.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in handling and analyzing large-scale datasets using tools like NumPy and Pandas, along with experience in data preprocessing and augmentation.
• Adaptability: Capability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI applications to meet evolving requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in deploying AI tools in real-world scenarios, showcasing impact and scalability.
