The Opportunity: 
The react, takes responsibility for delivery and consultancy of CMB Tech UK web development  activities. The job holder contributes in successful delivery of DBB UK web application by providing technical / application guidance to project teams and providing guidance to multiple project teams. The responsibilities entail areas such as conducting feasibility studies, requirement analysis, design and development, technology update, knowledge sharing, as well as coding. The role should be aligned with group standards, IT and business strategy, meet business objectives and satisfy all relevant regulatory, architecture standards and operational risk.
What you’ll do:
- Understand Group and Wholesale strategy, help define technical strategy and execute which to fulfill business needs and aspirations on growth, management and control.
- Plan for people and project management, provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedbacks and timely suggestions to ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.
- Address existing technical debt and drive for technical evolution aka Digital Transformation for the teams by working closely with various parties including business, SMEs, Solution Architects globally
- Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with business and relevant stakeholders.  Manage expectation of key stakeholders and work jointly to maximize interest of business and customers
- Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.
Qualifications: 
- Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
- Master with ES6, ES5, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3
- Master in React, NodeJS application development or at least one of them
- Be highly experienced with React/Redux framework and component based application development
- Be highly experienced in developer management (around 8 -  10 size), task assignment and obstacle clear up
- Fluent oral English and professional writing English ability
- Still hands-on with code  every day
- Familiar with Sass, LESS, Storybook, style component library is advantage
- Familiar with Functional Programming/Object Oriented Programming/Functional Reactive Programming  is advantage
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology is advantage
- Being experienced with Team Lead role is advantage
