We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CONSULTANT SPECIALIST.

 

Business: CTO Infrastructure

 

Principal responsibilities

-     Cooperate with engineering team to test the new images of CWD and if any issue investigates and report to engineering team.

-     Manage CWD build issue globally and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.

-     Play a role in OS upgrade projects representing the team, cooperate with project team and relevant teams to ensure timely and smooth upgrade.

-     Manage an array of software/driver/firmware packages deployments, including documentation, preparation and delivery.

-     ITSO delegate of IT service MS-KMS, responsible for maintaining the service and server compliance, performance, changes and documentations.

 

 

Requirements

•      Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.

•      Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft architecture and design principles at enterprise scale.

•      In-depth understanding of complex Active Directory infrastructures, Group Policies, Networking, and Endpoint Security.

•      3rd level Incident resolution for Windows OS

•      Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

•      Experience with PowerShell, command-line scripts, and SysInternals tools.

 

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
