We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Premier Hunter RBWM.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead the business development team to achieve KPIs by establishing and managing mainland channel connections, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Explore new partners and build connections to identify potential partnership collaboration
  • Take ownership and manage partnership pitches and analysis to achieve the partnership strategy and collaboration
  • Collaborate with partners in China and the Business Development Manager (HASE HK) to ensure efficient channel onboarding and requirements, and elevate service standards
  • Regularly assess team operations to optimize efficiency.
  • Coach, motivate, and monitor team performance.
  • Set clear performance expectation and review progress regularly
  • Remain up to date with compliance requirements.
  • Enforce internal procedures to prevent mis-selling
  • Manage operational risk by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting in line with bank policies
  • Frequent travelling within China and occasionally to HK

 

Requirements

  • Education: University level education
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years channel sales experience in banking industry
  • A strong understanding of the China landscape and experience in China
  • Good understanding of branch services and operations
  • Experience and track record of successfully leading/involving a partnership deal.
  • High proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST. Good command of English is an advantage
