We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.

 

Principal responsibilities

Analysis and delivery support

  • Elicit, document and manage requirements across the delivery lifecycle, from initiation through development, testing, implementation and post-implementation, to support agreed deliverables.
  • Produce clear, traceable analysis outputs, including user stories / requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria, aligned to business outcomes and end-to-end client journeys.
  • Support solution definition by working closely with stakeholders to clarify scope and ensure shared understanding.

Deliverable tracking and prioritisation support

  • Maintain deliverable artefacts and progress updates in relevant systems.
  • Support prioritisation and sequencing discussions by preparing analysis, options and impact summaries for review.

Change delivery

  • Contribute to cross-functional and cross-product programmes using relevant methodology.
  • Identify dependencies, risks and delivery impacts, escalating to the Senior BA / Lead BA / Manager where appropriate to maintain momentum.

Governance, risk and control alignment

  • Ensure analysis outputs align to relevant Change Management and Risk Frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and support issue tracking and remediation activities.
  • Identify dependencies, risks and delivery impacts, escalating where appropriate.

Client onboarding and channel / product enablement

  • Support tracking and delivery of client onboarding to existing and new channels / products.
  • Support readiness activities and dependencies across stakeholders to facilitate smooth end-to-end delivery.

Stakeholder management and communication

  • Build effective relationships with business sponsors, product partners, operations, technology and change teams.

Continuous improvement contribution

  • Identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities and BA ways of working.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and best practice adoption.

Subject-matter support

Knowledge sharing

  • Share knowledge within the team through collaboration and peer support.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
