We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, Data Risk & Controls.

Principal responsibilities
- Support the Data Risk and Control SMEs in AME on all matters relating to Data Management in Asia and Middle East (AME).
- Help drive compliance with local regulatory requirements across AME in relations to data management.
- Ensure appropriate control effectiveness rating of data controls across markets with appropriate MI to provide an accurate view of Data Risk in AME.
- Support AME data management book of work implementation and help with tracking of progress against OKRs.
- Support in the preparation of data management working groups ensuring materials are up to date and accurate.
- Create, extract and prepare MI requirement for management reporting and other associated forums.
- Track progress of deliverables and escalate as appropriate.
- Knowledge of basic data management principles and understanding of risk management framework.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in business intelligence tool such as Tableau, PowerBI
- Ability to conceptualise and create visualisation / presentation materials based on business brief.
- Experience in managing and joining large datasets for analysis, aggregation and reporting
- Good knowledge in organizational change framework and practices, agile management skills with JIRA
- Proven ability to work in large, complex organizations delivering cross entity/ Regional/ Global changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work across organizations at all levels
- Strong communications skills – ability to clearly articulate or document current state and recommendations.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Data Risk and Control SMEs in AME on all matters relating to Data Management in Asia and Middle East (AME).
