We are currently seeking a high caliber candidate to join our department as Assistant Digital Content Management Manager.

 

Principle Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and deploy digital content for both desktop websites and mobile applications, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent execution in line with control and release procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with business users and IT development teams to facilitate dynamic updates and releases, optimizing user experience across all digital touchpoints—including web and mobile channels.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for digital content management, providing strategic guidance on digital and marketing programs that span desktop and mobile environments.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive project planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of content across platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze digital content performance, leveraging insights to enhance engagement and deliver best-in-class, customer-centric experiences on both web and mobile.

 

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in digital content management for both desktop and mobile applications.
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile content management, including familiarity with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proficient in technologies relevant to digital content delivery, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and analytics tools like Google Looker, with an understanding of mobile-first design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an Agile environment, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving digital landscapes, translating creative ideas into cross-platform solutions that enhance customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for delivering high-quality digital experiences.
  • Service-oriented mindset, committed to efficient and effective digital content processes that support superior customer service across all digital channels.
