We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

 

Business: CTO Infrastructure

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Tthe Scrum master will be the customer point of contact for all Engineering requests
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Remove impediments and blockers for development teams
  • Track and report back to management on team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metricsOwn and administrate tools (Jira and Confluence)
  • Translate business needs into actionable development tasks
  • Manage product backlog prioritisation with product owners

       

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience working in software analysis, product/program or delivery management in the financial services industry
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience in working as Scrum Master and / or Business Analyst
  • Expert level proficiency in Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence) for reporting
  • Experience customising JIRA workflows/boards
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders: Product Owners, Development POD Leads and Engineers.
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability create high quality reports in line with change framework governance

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
