We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Associate Project Manager.

 

Business: CTO Infrastructure

 

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive project management, overseeing planning, execution, governance, financial oversight, and change management.
  • Develop and optimise project plans to maximise benefits and minimise risks, addressing delivery constraints and key dependencies.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to plan, design, and estimate, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and projects.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing impacts and removing obstacles.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders in IT, Real Estate Services, and Global Businesses to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Promote adherence to governance models and standards, ensuring smooth transition into Business as Usual operations for benefits realisation.

 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Extensive project and programme management experience, including strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Programme and Project Management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Ability to direct and influence in a matrix environment, establishing partnerships at various organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-technology infrastructure projects, particularly in real estate contexts like office fit-outs and relocations.
  • Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong financial analytical skills, with the ability to contextualise financial data into business activities and conclusions.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
