We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

Business: Enterprise Technology L3

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for OD initiatives, including project planning, resource coordination, timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage talent engine program and drive talent review processes, including coordination of talent calibration sessions, data compilation, and documentation of talent development plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Execute, and analyze employee engagement initiatives: Engineer happiness surveys, gather actionable insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvement plans.
  • Plan and facilitate Treasury Technology town halls, departmental forums, and other employee communication events - manage content development, logistics, and post-event feedback collection.
  • Develop polished, data-informed presentations (decks) for leadership reviews, employee communications, and project updates.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication across all initiatives, leveraging strong English writing skills for global stakeholder alignment and internal materials.
  • Drive talent development by facilitating training and learning initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Treasury Tech organization. 
  • Collaborate with the engineering and business team to ensure APEX aligns with business requirements and delivers value. 
  • Collaborate with customer success team for Market collaterals and activities.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT industry, having taken PMO, project management in HR domain, business management, marketing, preferably in the finance or treasury domain.
  • Proven experience working in international companies with cross-site collaboration on a global scale. 
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on assigned responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. 
  • Proficient in English, with expertise in slide production.
  • Open mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas and perspective
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
