We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Product Development.
Business: GPS Technology
Principal responsibilities
  • Oversee quality of design solutions as they related to UX and Interaction Design.
  • Elevate and strengthen UX Design as a practice.
  • Prioritise and coordinate design deliverables by developing a solid understanding of business needs and customer needs.
  • Effectively support more junior designers, oversee day to day operations and efficiency improvements.
  • Responsible for design team management including mentoring, performance development and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the User Research and CX team alongside Product and Technology to understand user needs, identify design opportunities and create meaningful product experiences.
  • Drive a human centered design approach that spans all phases of design development and delivery.
  • Frame design solutions and explain thinking and rationale in a compelling way to influence others. 
  • Leverage HSBC’s UX component library to design and deliver on standard.
  • Play a role in the creation and evolution of HSBC’s design system.
