We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities

• Resolve tech problems during the project implementation as well as post support period
• Engage and ensure required tech resources are in place
• Manage tech project plans across systems to support end-to-end delivery
• Manage environments required to ensure smooth testing and production rollout
• Manage, report & escalate tech risk & issue proactively
• Adopt AI tools to increase work efficiency across tech teams

Requirements

• Ability to resolve complex problems across tech, vendor and business
• Ability to communicate professionally with working level and senior stakeholders
• Ability to react and response quickly on risk & issues and assess impact on project timelines timely
• Ability to manage priority conflict across projects and get the resources with proper justification
• Ability to plan, execute project deployment to pave a safe production deployment
• Ability to keep improvement existing processes
