We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Principal responsibilities
· Clarify requirement from key business stake holders and sponsors in organized way.
· Contribute to hands-on implementation and architectural improvements.
· Oversee end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
· Lead initiatives to continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies, including the use of DORA metrics to assess performance.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams and software vendor to ensure deliveries in schedule with good quality.
· Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
· Strong communication skills and structured thinking, experience leading technical discussions and documenting system-level design decision.
· Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and design decisions in a cross-regional, English-speaking environment.
· Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical projects with high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
· Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Engineer in large-scale application migration projects.
· Understanding of DevOps, Agile, and data & cyber scrutity control practices.
· Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Nice to have:
· Understanding of Trust domain knowledge
· Microsoft Dynammics 365 Business Central
· AI project delivery experience
