We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

Principal responsibilities

• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow.
• As an Engineering Lead you will be responsible to implement business changes on Filenet and support different Markets.
• As an Engineering Lead you will be responsible to own Key Filenet Product and ensure it is aligned with stakeholders expectation.
• As an Engineering Lead you will have to maintain knowledge artifacts for Filenet and related products.
• As an Engineering Lead you will have to help team in fixing issues and removing blockers.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies. 
  Serve as advisor, Mentor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Work with the team on the technical aspects of customer requirements and help team in implementing new solutions.
• As an Engineering Lead learn new technologies as per business need and cascade information to team and junior staff.
• As an Engineering Lead take complete ownership of delivery you are part of.
• As an Engineering Lead participate in code reviews and other quality and automation opportunity in the team.
• This position will be responsible for the technical liaising with the Development team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of application initiatives, including enhancements, upgrades, migrations, as well as back-end operational support and maintenance of Filenet Application. 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent.
• Experience of Filenet applications (Administration and Engineering).
• Awareness of cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years’ experience as module lead or Delivery Lead.
• Awareness of Jenkins, Git, SonarQube.
• Awareness of Database/Stored Procedure/SQL development (any of these DB2 UDB, Oracle, Sybase etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver technical messages to a non-technical audience
• Effective communication, collaboration, team, and presentation skills with a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environment are essential.
• Ability to guide people to implement the right solutionAWS/GCP Cloud awareness
• Agile and team management skills.
• Awareness of tools like Confluence, RTC, JIRA, QC, Test Automation etc.
