We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Business: CTO Infrastructure

Principal responsibilities

• Analyze business process requirement, data model design, system design and develop the service in accordance with IT standards, under DevOps and Agile principle
• Develop value-added features in ServiceNow platform to support our ITSM processes
• Provide timely production support, root cause analyses and trouble shooting
• Provide professional consultancy and support timely for users' queries or requests.
• Maintain close communication with other IT teams and coordinate IT related stakeholder activities.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement objectives defined by the IT Service Management controls.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them as per agreed timelines and with minimal supervision

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, and technical leadership for ServiceNow and related SaaS platforms
• Proven track record in optimizing SaaS platform performance, reliability, scalability, and observability, including hands-on experience with advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production environments
• ServiceNow implementation and support experience, including custom application development, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), and platform upgrades
• Advanced proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL, with the ability to design and review high-quality, maintainable code and mentor junior developers
• Deep experience in database optimization, query tuning, and data migration strategies for high-volume environments
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design, test automation frameworks, and DevOps best practices; experience with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment tools
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and proactively drive self-development and knowledge sharing within the team
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist are highly desirable
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Ali Cloud) and experience with hybrid cloud integrations are a strong plus

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
