We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management.

Principal responsibilities

• Management of Scrum team.
• Coordinating Scrum activities (sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups).
• That all appropriate sprint ceremonies occur – daily stand up, sprint retrospective, sprint review, sprint demo, scrum of scrum, scrum of scrum of scrums.
• Reporting on a sprint-by-sprint basis to leadership teams.
• Coordinate Jira reporting with Development and DevOps leads for epics/stories/tasks.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Payments Industry & Agile experience are essential.
• Coordinating Scrum activities (sprint planning, sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, stand-ups).
• Highly skilled on Jira / Confluence – designer level (rather than user level).
• In depth ISO20022, Hybrid Address and payment’s knowledge would be an advantage.
