We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management.

Principal responsibilities
- Scrum Facilitation: Conduct all Scrum ceremonies (dailies, retrospectives, sprint planning) for 2-3 cross-functional teams using Jira/Confluence
- Impediment Removal: Proactively resolve systemic blockers, reducing cycle time by 30%+ through data-driven process improvements
- Agile Coaching: Uplift team maturity from Scrum to Kanban/SAFe, increasing velocity predictability by 40%
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge communication between business/product owners and engineering teams across global time zones
- Metrics Leadership: Implement actionable dashboards tracking velocity, predictability, and escaped defects
- Continuous Improvement: Spearhead DevOps adoption (CI/CD pipelines, test automation) reducing release failures by 60%
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years as dedicated Scrum Master in enterprise IT with scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) exposure
- Certifications: Active PSM II/CSP-SM or CSM Advanced certifications
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of cloud tech (AWS/Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab), and AI/ML project workflows
- Leadership: Track record mentoring 15+ member teams with 95% sprint goal achievement
- Change Management: Experience driving DevOps/agile transformations across 50+ engineer organizations
- Conflict resolution leveraging nonviolent communication techniques
- Jira dashboard customization for executive reporting
- Risk mitigation for distributed teams across APAC/EMEA/AMER regions
Nice to have:
- Scaled Agile: SAFe RTE/SPC or LeSS Practitioner certification
- Technical Background: Previous experience as developer/QA lead
- Emerging Tech: Experience with AI/LLM-driven development teams
- Tooling: Miro facilitation skills for virtual collaboration
