We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics Specialist.

Business:CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for Group Analytical Platform.
• Lead the design and develop user interfaces for our analytical platform products.
• Design the overall architecture together with the architect and technical stack.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into our products, creating feedback loops to continuously improve their performance.
• Lead the implementation of Front End/Back End/Infrastructure DevOps(Cloud and On-premises).
• Provide the vision to the product, define the roadmap and strategy and lead the engineering team for implementation and operation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data platform implementation, MLOps, LLM Agent and apply them to our products where appropriate.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, information technology, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• Strong experiences in GCP. Deep understanding on the Cloud Infrastructure Architecture which includes Network, OS, permission control etc... 
• Strong experiences in Python/Java/Shell development. Full stack data engineer is preferred. 
• Strong experiences in Kubernetes.
• Strong experiences in Hadoop/Spark ecosystem, deep understanding on the Big Data Architecture.
• Strong experiences with Agent build.
• Good to have 5+ years of experience in UXUI design and development, with a focus on React and enterprise UI frameworks.
• Experiences and deep understanding on DevOps and MLOps.
• Excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skill.
• Demonstrated experiences on project management and product management.
• Team/people management.
• Excellent in Oral/Written English.

• Experiences in LLMOps.
• Experiences in Graph.
• Network desing and management
• Large scale Kubernetes cluster management experiences
• Spark program optimization
• Strong experiences with Azure
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
