We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

Principal responsibilities
Strategic Product Definition & Curation:
- Define and curate the product backlog using structured, AI-friendly specification formats ("Prompt-as-Spec"). This involves clearly articulating the business context, technical constraints, and success metrics to enable efficient execution by both engineering teams and AI agents.
- Partner with the Head of Product and senior stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business objectives, market migration schedules, and emerging technological opportunities.
AI-Assisted Prototyping and Validation:
- +A18Leverage modern GenAI tools to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for rapid user feedback and validation.
- Use these prototypes to de-risk complex features early and facilitate clear, data-driven conversations with engineering about architecture and scalability.
Quality & Evaluation Framework Ownership:
- In collaboration with engineering, design and implement a robust "Evaluation Pipeline" to continuously measure the quality, performance, and business impact of AI-driven features.
- Define the user-centric quality assertions and success criteria that will serve as the benchmark for accepting AI-generated outputs into production.
System & Process Orchestration:
- Act as a key architect of our evolving, AI-augmented product development lifecycle.
- Identify and implement process improvements, such as "shift-left" security and architecture reviews, to ensure that increased development velocity does not compromise quality or compliance.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager within the financial services industry. A proven track record of delivering complex, data-intensive enterprise platforms is essential.
- Domain Expertise: Direct experience with decisioning platforms, campaign management systems, or real-time personalization engines is strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: A strong technical background (e.g., a degree in Computer Science, prior engineering experience) is required. You must be comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, data models, and the technical trade-offs inherent in scalable, resilient systems.
- AI & ML Proficiency: A practical understanding of the GenAI and machine learning lifecycle, including prompt engineering, model limitations (e.g., hallucinations, bias), and the principles of MLOps and responsible AI.
- Modern Product Practices: Demonstrable experience moving beyond traditional, document-heavy product management toward more agile, collaborative, and prototype-driven methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and build consensus among senior technical and business stakeholders.
