We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager, IWPB BRR Utility.
Principal responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Upload KPI/PLA for new migration process and annual refreshment/review for existing BAUed teams
- POC for Finance & WFM for business framework review and Cost Centre management
- Coordination for migration project, performance level management
- Consolidation of performance data from respective markets/teams
- Business Contingency and Incident Management
- Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
- Floor plan and desk reshuffling and utilization planning
- Timely complete and accurate maintenance of runway information to facilitate effective planning, prioritization, implements agreed action plans
- Assist in arrangement and on-site support for department and committee meetings, and other activities
- Provide clerical support and performance ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors
- Prepare department secretarial documentation and arrange for statutory fillings in a timely manner
- Create a network and manage good working relationships across Centre
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel and department-specific information
- Balance conflicting deadlines and deliverables as assigned by multiple domain Leads
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Site Lead/VP level
- Advanced level, knowledge in word processing, excel and MS office applications
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and confidently with management at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good in strategic planning and project management capabilities
- Experienced in liaising with internal stakeholders and management
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Must have proven ability to rapidly develop and deploy solutions to support programs/initiatives
- Sense of urgency and ability to take on tasks and manage them alone with excellence
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ability to work well within a team and take the initiative to work independently when required
- Highly self-motivated, self-starter
- Fluency in English is an advantage
