We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Control Manager, HK Operations.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and support Operations in setting up controls, monitoring plan and assessment, including issue and action management
  • Support in control / issue / action quality review and propose improvement plan
  • Conduct regular MI extraction to support control / issue / action monitoring and tracking
  • Draft and prepare data, MI, and relevant info for necessary meetings, forum, presentation
  • Ensure data quality on documentation is uplifted per agreed
  • Conduct Thematic Review and Control Testing per plan, and validate issue/action before closure

 

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Prior risk management experience, ideally from a banking, financial institution
  • Proficient project management capabilities
  • Experienced in liaising with internal, external business partners and regulatory bodies
  • Good command of written and spoken English as well as Cantonese
