We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - DACRM.
Principal responsibilities
- Design, formulate, and implement relevant analytics deliverables for operational process of the bank and MI/BI with business insight, and convert analytical findings/solutions that will lead to higher productivity of banking process.
- Keen to take initiatives to translate business problems into analytics-led solutions with appropriate methodology, manage the business application effectively and evaluate the results rigorously.
- Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities.
- Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment.
- Take the ownership of driving the discussion with business users, other tech leads and architects.
- Design and develop client-side and backend of analytics platform.
- Sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Requirements
- University degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information System or other related discipline.
- 5 years or above working experience in analytics, modelling in financial industry
- Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience
- Extensive experience and skill in mining massive volume of data for quick insight discovery
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Proven experience in full stack development using Python and Node.js, with strong skills in SQL/BigQuery and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (Express, FastAPI, Django).
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data-driven applications, including APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
- Experience with data mining, analytics, and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
