We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER I.
Business: GCIO COO-Asia & Mid East Tech
Principal responsibilities
Support Hang Seng IT teams in business management related activities including but not limited to:
- Drive and manage the excution of GCIO people strategy e.g. Perm Ratio, Offshore Ratio, Right to Hire
- Understand Global/ Regional Workforce Management controls and updates, support Technology teams to address the actions
- Co-work with Finance to analys the trend of Direct Cost and MPP rate
- Manage and tracking headcounts through Pioneer e.g ctool creation and approval, facilitate hiring process e.g. onboarding/offboarding,
- Timely update Workforcement dashboard and ensure its accuracy.
- Support to drive / progress graduate program and coordinate HK MT and internship programs.
- Maintain the Org Chart for both regulatory reporting and internal communications
- Implementation of 2026 OSPD L4
Requirements
- Proficiency in verbal and written English, especially proficient in email communication and reporting
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate items in detail
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Strong understanding of the IT recharges eco-system
- Strong sense of people strategy
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery; Excellent problem solving and user support skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; skills in data analysis is a plus
- Integrity and self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision
- Capability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
