We are seeking a results-driven Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Global Capability Centre. In this critical delivery role, you will be identifying, engaging, and attracting global talent for our live open positions. This position is ideal for a proactive and engaging professional who is passionate about blending human hiring with data-driven automation to build robust talent pipelines for our company's diverse and evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Identification & Sourcing: Actively search for and identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including existing talent pipelines,
  • High-Volume Engagement: Proactively engage with a large number of candidates through compelling and personalized communication. Your goal is to make a great first impression and get them excited about the opportunities we have.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You'll be the expert on who's out there and how to reach them.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and motivations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to understand their specific needs and refine your sourcing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform your sourcing efforts.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and report on key sourcing metrics, providing insights into your activities and the effectiveness of different channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: You have a solid background in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a high-volume setting.
  • Sourcing Expertise: You are skilled in using various sourcing tools and techniques to find both active and passive candidates.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You can craft engaging and persuasive messages that stand out.
  • Candidate-Centric Mindset: You are genuinely interested in people and are committed to providing a positive and engaging candidate experience from the very first interaction.
