We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TA Sourcer- Volume.
Principal responsibilities
- Candidate Identification & Sourcing: Actively search for and identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including existing talent pipelines,
- High-Volume Engagement: Proactively engage with a large number of candidates through compelling and personalized communication. Your goal is to make a great first impression and get them excited about the opportunities we have.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You'll be the expert on who's out there and how to reach them.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and motivations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to understand their specific needs and refine your sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform your sourcing efforts.
- Data & Reporting: Track and report on key sourcing metrics, providing insights into your activities and the effectiveness of different channels.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: You have a solid background in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Sourcing Expertise: You are skilled in using various sourcing tools and techniques to find both active and passive candidates.
- Exceptional Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You can craft engaging and persuasive messages that stand out.
- Candidate-Centric Mindset: You are genuinely interested in people and are committed to providing a positive and engaging candidate experience from the very first interaction.
- Results-Oriented: You thrive on achieving targets and are motivated by the challenge of finding the right person for the right role.
- Adaptability: You can quickly pivot your sourcing strategy based on the needs of the business and the hiring landscape.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
