We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of TA Onboarding Specialist.

  

Principal responsibilities

  • Recruitment coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team, including raising requisitions, conducting screening checks, scheduling interviews, creating documentation for offers, initiating background checks, and liaising with candidates to manage required paperwork and documentation.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and metrics related to Talent Acquisition activities, such as candidate pipeline, time-to-hire, and to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Governance: Maintain process governance by ensuring that Talent Acquisition processes are well-documented, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Customer: Manage queries from candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, delivering an exceptional experience and resolving issues promptly and effectively

    

Requirements

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, both internal and external, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate across the relevant stakeholder (including buddy / hiring manager) to develop onboarding plans tailored to the needs of each new hire.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure our new hires have the necessary resources, such as equipment and workspace, to be successful in their roles.
  • Ensure the creation of staff IDs prior to the new hire's start date, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely setup.
  • Communicate the process for updating bank account details on the HR system to new joiners and ensure that they are informed about timelines and requirements.
  • Provide relocation assistance and ensure the execution of the international transfer policy for employees moving between countries, coordinating logistics and compliance with relocation guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Initiate vetting for external hires and ensure a vetting recommendation is provided.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including verifying the right to work, visas, and work permits, prior to onboarding.
