We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Officer (Funds and Discretionary Services).
Principal responsibilities
- Support end to end process for Discretionary Mandate Opening/Maintenance/Termination Services including parameter set up/update, Fund transfer activities including top-up, redemption and income distribution, fee booking, trailer/placement fee handling, monthly reporting preparation
- Provide operational support and services for discretionary account services
- Assist the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Perform the day-to-day operations to ensure the accuracy for maintaining high standard of customer service delivery
- Review and clear reconciliation break to ensure no discrepancy in booking
- Assist in handling customer complaints and perform investigation to identify the root cause with prompt service recovery
Requirements
- Knowledge of the mandate operation and banking products across all related asset classes and experience for discretionary account services is preferrable
- Strong numerical and hands on skills
- Strong data entry speed and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
