We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Lead and carry out the administration / operations and control management of individual securities and insurance licenses of the staff in Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong - Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and HK Insurance Authorities (HKIA) including but not limited to competence assessment and license registration / deregistration / change of the bank licensed staff, manipulation of control for license administration works
  • Be a subject matter expert in license administration field.       

 

Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience, with good knowledge in non-financial risk and quality assurance & control operations
  • Strong self-motivation, communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, plus ability to work independently & under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Great growth mindset and resilience to embrace change, overcome challenges and create space for curiosity creativity and connectivity.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
