We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Sales Quality
Principal responsibilities
• Perform review of Wealth and Retail trades in accordance with the Group Standards and local regulatory framework
• Support the implementation of SQ Operating Procedures,Sales Quality principles and guidelines on a timely manner and ensure full adherence.
• Lead the quarterly reporting exercise to MAS regarding the Balance Scorecard Framework
• Ensure queries raised with or from the sales force are resolved satisfactorily
• Perform Root Cause analysis (RCA) of the issues identified and ensure the RCA commentary is relevant in line with the Group Guidelines
• Deal with enquiries from the sales force, customers and third parties
• Conduct independent sampling checks on the reviews performed by Sales Quality Managers to ensure quality is consistent across the team
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement to improve the overall sales quality standards
• Perform regular root cause analysis on the sales quality findings to identify common themes and areas of concerns, and work with the SG-based SQ team to close any gaps in the sales process
• Collate the MI on sales quality findings for reporting in monthly SQRC forum
• Manage a team of Sales Quality Managers
Requirements
• Knowledge of Financial Services/industry/Wealth and Insurance products/regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC and IWPB Sales Process and Procedure
• Risk mindful and Strong analytical ability
• Communicate at multiple levels with good command in English and Chinese
• Strong stakeholder's management and collaboration capability
• People and process management experience, including migration/project governance
• Proficient in Word,Excel, Powerpoint
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
