We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of MGR - ONBOARDING AND ACC OPENING

 

Principal responsibilities

  • By forecasting and reviewing the work volume against resources required and motivating and directing staff to achieve high standard of efficiency to meet the agreed service standard and customers’ needs.
  • Optimizing resource utilization by planning and allocating resource across all sub-divisions of Tax Utility after actively cross-training staff competence.
  • By regularly reviewing the procedures and end-to-end processes and putting forward recommendations to automate transaction processing and modifying procedures and improve operational control.
  • Acting as the focal point of advocating and implementing business process re-engineering and evaluate cost benefit result of the streamline of Tax Utility.
  • By adhering to the Group’s agreed processes / procedures – achieving a satisfactory Audit report. Comply with procedures and diary watch and compliance requirements across the section.
  • Driving and encouraging constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork through collaboration and matrix management. 
  • Ensure effective communication of strategy, objectives and priorities across the team.

 

Requirements

  • BA degree in Business or Management related.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project or process management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good experience in Project Management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS application software, strong analytical and strong problem solving skills.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
