We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Finance, GSC China.
Principal responsibilities
- Full Function management including GL, AR, MI, Treasury and Taxation.
- Support implementation of the Group Global Processing Strategy by supporting the development of the center and Co-ordinate preparation and review of business cases.
- Leadership over all regulatory and compliance matters and the management of operational risk related to Finance
- Plan and direct the finance function of GSC China to ensure best practice and consistency achieved in all aspects of the finance function.
- Ensure that the team is set up to deliver. Lead and motivate team members with clear objectives and performance management
Requirements
Knowledge
- Bachelor degreee or above.
- CIMA, CMA, ACCA or CICPA holder is preferred
Experience
- 10 years or above financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in full function management including Financial analysis, General ledger, Fixed asset, Accounts receivable, Treasury Management and Tax.
- Experience with EPR System and familiar with Finance functions is plus
- Result oriented and be able to work under pressure.
- Strong Stakeholder management skill set and communication.

- Effective interpersonal skills such as influencing, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking ability
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Firm grasp of English is essential
- Proven experience of successfully handle across a diverse range of processes, with an ability to provide direction and motivation in an ever changing environment
- Proven record in building and maintaining business relationships and a strong customer service drive
- Proven process management, improvement and service management skills.
- Evidence of active participation in establishing and managing effective Operational Risk.
- Evidence of strategy design and implementation with sound understanding of internal/external business environment.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
