We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

Principal responsibilities

•    Perform and maintain high quality service standard when handling customer request within agreed SLA, escalate if any usual policy related transactions

•    Continuous to support superiory staff on processes efficiency and workflow streamlining

•    Follow Operational Procedures and compliance with all IA Guidelines, align all handlings with operational standards as well as relevant regulations and laws.

•    Engage and provide support for adhoc Policy Servicing related activities, audit checking.

•    Assist to provide observation of customers needs, process streamline initiatives when appropriate.

Requirements

•    Collaborating closely with teammate, superisor, department manager to ensure the effective and follow standard process procedure.

•    Making appropriate use of coordination skills (communication, presentation and influencing skills) to escalate issues to line managers.

•    Support achievement of team objectives & participate in teams.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
